Sr. Donation

1985 - 1995

As the first Principal and longest serving Principal in Pauline family history, Sr. Donation laid a strong foundation for the school and designed the distinctive uniform that is the pride of Pauline Family today.

Sr. Lisetta

1995 - 1996

Sr. Lisetta oversaw the growth and development of school which forged the unique Pauline identity of self-discipline and unwavering fortitude. Under Sr. Lisetta leadership, the school become known for her academic excellence and sporting prowess.

Sr. Alfreda

1996 - 1999

Building on the strong foundation, Sr. Alfreda identified the strategic thrusts of the school in the domains of academic value-added, character development and staff development which brought the school to greater heights.

Fr. Amal Nathan

1999 - 2003

As the first Priest Principal of the school, Fr. Amal Nathan laid a strong foundation for its growth and development. With a deep commitment to the educational needs of students and the aspirations of parents, he introduced several initiatives to enhance the quality of education and the overall learning environment.
One of his most significant achievements was leading the school's upgradation to the Secondary level and securing affiliation with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). His visionary leadership and dedication played a pivotal role in shaping the school's future and establishing high academic standards.
Fr. Amal Nathan's life was dedicated to the noble cause of education and the service of young minds. He later passed away following a massive heart attack and breathed his last in his hometown of Salem, Tamil Nadu. His legacy of faith, vision and selfless service continues to inspire the St. Paul's family.

Fr. Augustine Francis

2003 - 2010

As the longest-serving Priest Principal, Fr. Augustine led the school through a remarkable period of transformation and progress. Under his visionary leadership, the school moved into its newly renovated campus, featuring an expanded second floor and significantly enhanced infrastructure.
During his tenure, several key facilities were added, including a modern Computer Laboratory, Library and a well-developed Basketball Court, providing students with improved opportunities for academic and physical development. The school also proudly celebrated the historic milestone of its Silver Jubilee (25th Anniversary).
One of the most significant achievements of his administration was the upgradation of the school to Senior Secondary (Class XII) with affiliation from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school emerged as a preferred institution, offering a dual-stream curriculum while fostering excellence in academics, sports, co-curricular activities and holistic personality development.
Reflecting the trust and confidence of the community, the school's enrolment grew dramatically from 500 to over 1,650 students, establishing it as one of the leading educational institutions in the region.
Fr. Augustine's inspiring journey came to a peaceful end on 27th April 2024, when he breathed his last in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He was laid to rest with full ecclesiastical honours and deep respect in his hometown of Idukki, Kerala.

2010 - 2015

Fr. Jose continued the school's journey of growth and excellence through his rich experience, dynamic leadership, and unwavering commitment to quality education. Under his guidance, the school consistently achieved outstanding academic results, maintaining a 100% pass record in the CBSE Board Examinations. This remarkable academic success established the institution as one of the leading schools in Kota City, resulting in a significant rise in admissions and increasing the student strength to over 2,000.
To meet the growing demand for quality education and accommodate the expanding school community, Fr. Jose spearheaded the construction of the third floor, substantially enhancing the school's infrastructure and capacity.
A firm believer in holistic education, Fr. Jose ensured that the school continued to excel in both academics and sports, earning recognition for its balanced approach to student development. His visionary leadership strengthened the institution's reputation as a centre of excellence, where academic achievement, character formation, and co-curricular excellence went hand in hand.
Recognising the changing landscape of education, he also led the school's digital transformation by introducing technology-driven systems that enhanced teaching, learning, communication, and school administration. His forward-thinking initiatives modernised the institution and prepared it to meet the evolving needs of 21st-century education.
Through his visionary leadership, dedication, and pursuit of excellence, Fr. Jose left an enduring legacy of growth, innovation, and achievement that continues to inspire the St. Paul's family.

Fr. John Carvalho

2015 - 2020

With his calm, visionary and compassionate leadership, Fr. John—who now proudly serves as our Bishop—guided the school to new heights of excellence. During his tenure, the school continued its proud tradition of achieving 100% results in both the AISSCE (Class XII) and AISSE (Class X) Board Examinations and was consistently recognized as one of the top-performing schools in Kota City by Learning Point and other educational result analysts.
Believing in the holistic development of students, he introduced the School Band and established the NCC Air Wing, providing students with opportunities to develop discipline, leadership and patriotism.
His vision also brought remarkable improvements to the school's infrastructure, including the installation of new play swings for children, the commissioning of a solar power plant that reduced electricity consumption by nearly 80–90%, the establishment of a modern Language Laboratory to enhance communication skills, and the installation of a new RO water purification plant to provide safe drinking water.
The school campus underwent extensive renovation, including the construction of a new parking shed and the refurbishment of the parlour and staff room, creating a more welcoming and efficient learning environment. Fr. John left no stone unturned in instilling strong values, promoting academic excellence and elevating the overall standards of the institution. His inspiring leadership and unwavering commitment have left a lasting legacy that continues to shape the school's journey of excellence.

Fr. Martin Anto

2020 - 2022

Fr. Martin assumed the leadership of the school during the unprecedented challenges of the global pandemic. With calm assurance, compassion and unwavering commitment, he guided the entire Pauline family through a period of uncertainty, always prioritizing the well-being of students, staff and parents.
Under his leadership, the school successfully adapted to the changing educational landscape by implementing high-quality online classes, ensuring uninterrupted learning and maintaining academic excellence throughout the pandemic.
Committed to expanding academic opportunities, Fr. Martin introduced Biology and Physical Education at the Senior Secondary level, opening new avenues for students to pursue diverse career aspirations.
His visionary leadership, resilience and dedication strengthened the school's academic foundation and prepared it for a future of continued growth and excellence.

Fr. Joseph Crasta

2022 - 2025

As one of the youngest Principals of the school, Fr. Joseph carried forward the strong foundation laid by his predecessors with enthusiasm and dedication.
During his tenure, the school witnessed steady growth, with the number of sections increasing to four to accommodate the rising student strength.
He also oversaw the construction and dedication of a new stage, providing students with an enhanced platform to showcase their talents and participate in cultural, literary and co-curricular activities.
